If I could give this place negative zero stars, I would. Terrible service. First, it started off with the person who was doing my hair didn’t speak any English which is fine but the fact he questioned if I needed toner 3/4 times when I only needed my roots and cut should have been my first red flag. Second, I get in the chair HE SAYS TO GO WASH MY HAIR BEFORE DOING MY ROOTS. I’ve had my roots done a number of times and you don’t wash prior to do them. This made me very concern to that the other staff recognized and I asked to see the product to google if it was valid. The product did say you could wash before, FOR A LIGHTER LESS EFFECTIVE EFFECT. To which the other staff member said the opposite. I should’ve left then. He rewashed my hair and was supposed to cut it - to at this point I asked no more cut. Because of language barrier and not understanding he didn’t even blow dry my hair. The total came out to 84 dollars for my roots. I get home and my roots and reddish brown, my natural hair color is an ashy brown. If you want to set money on fire, go here. Not worth the service what so ever. Would highly not recommend.
